Dental Office Front Desk Receptionist

Job Duties
  • Dental insurance coverage verification and creating insurance claims
  • Answering the phone
  • Schedule patients, and any other duties to keep the practice functioning on a daily basis
  • Possess average typing and computer skills
  • Managing patient financial arrangements, and take account payments
  • Communicate and coordinate appointments with other dental offices and specialties
  • Processing mail
  • Discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients
  • Comfortable with common computer applications (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience with previous dental front desk position, a plus

Licensed Dental Assistant

Job Duties
  • Valid state Dental Assisting License
  • Current CPR
  • Chairside assisting
  • Exposing digital dental radiographs
  • Scanning for digital models
  • Computer charting
  • Pediatric prophylaxis
  • Dental sealant placement and SDF application
  • Assisting with nitrous oxide administration
  • Making temporary crowns
  • Instrument sterilization
  • Infection control
  • OSHA compliance, HIPAA compliance, scheduling, and helping with front desk duties
  • Experience with previous dental assisting and dental front desk position, a plus

Registered Dental Hygenist

Job Duties
  • Valid state Registered Dental Hygene license
  • Current CPR
  • Genuine attention to identifying oral health risk factors, periodontal conditions, and helping to define the appropriate treatment plan that improves the overall health of our patients
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and wants to work in a patient-focused and team-oriented environment
  • Ability to grow outside his/her comfort zone and has the desire to learn more
  • Actively engaged and makes each patient feel welcomed and at cared for
  • Exposing digital dental radiographs, and charting notes
  • Scanning for digital models
  • Certified for nitrous oxide administration
  • Instrument sterilization, and maintenance of dental instruments
  • Maintaining clean treatment rooms
  • Using computers to update electronic patient records
  • Infection control expert
  • OSHA compliance, HIPAA compliance, and  scheduling dental hygeine appointments
